A student was on his way to his school when he realized that he forgot his flashdrive containing important
documents making him to return to
his house. In a hurry, Joshua Mejia,
immediately rode a jeepney going to
his school but when he was about to pay
for his fare, he noticed that his wallet was missing.
Joseph thought of leaving the jeep without paying but his conscience could not take to deceive
the driver especially he was already old.
This led Joshua to explain his situation to the driver saying sorry for he could not pay for his fare and fortunately, the driver just nodded his
head giving sign that he understood.
But the old man’s good deed didn’t stop there. The driver gave Joshua two-20 peso bill so that he could spend it for his food or anything. Confused, he just looked at it and when he came back to his senses, he was trying to return it to the
driver.
However, the driver refused to accept it and said that he would throw it if Joshua would not accept it leaving him no
choice but to get the Php. 40.00.
After his encounter with the kind-hearted
driver, he decided to take his
experience on social media. He did not just want to share the good deeds
of the old driver to everyone but remind
the people to remain honest always.
