LOOK: This OFW Fakes His Claim that PAL Stole Some of His Luggage Content , Airline Shows CCTV Footage as Proof

An overseas Filipino worker (OFW)  from Macau accused the airline of alleged mishandling of his luggages and stealing of some of its contents.

Arnulfo Aguilar, who boarded Philippine Airlines (PAL) flight PR353, claims that the airline committed theft.

To refute his claims, PAL releases CCTV footage to finally reveal the truth and clear their name from malicious allegation.

The OFW, whose brother is a TV5 director and segment producer named Amado Neri Aguilar III, even posted photos and videos about their baseless claim.

Aguilar even tagged several media outfits, websites, and various personalities in the said malicious post.

The OFW claimed that his bag was heavily damaged and all contents lost. He also said that when he complained to the airport, he got frustrated from being transferred to different personnel.

So he ended up leaving the problem behind to meet his family.

He further said that he had no plans on pressing charges anymore.

The post went viral on social media as expected, drawing flak against PAL.

To clear its reputation, the country's flagship carrier initiated an investigation.

A collection of CCTV footages were retrieved  showing how the OFW’s red bag was transported on the conveyor belt.

In the said footage, the red bag was seen already torn but no shoes or any pasalubong items get out of it but another blue bag.

The OFW was also seen while he grab his red bag, including the blue bag it contains.

In the same footage, it was also noticed that he wasn't angry that something was lost.

PAL advised the family to delete the malicious post. They also consulted their lawyers for prior legal actions they can pursue.
