The body of a 50-year-old widow was found noon of Monday, March 13, in the mountainous area of Sitio Sandilain, Barangay Langka in Nueva Ecija.
According to Chief Inspector Arnel Santiago, the already decomposing body identified as Guillermo Ramos Esteban, resident of Barangay Nauzon, Laur, Nueva Ecija, was gored by a carabao near the groin area.
Ben Molina Gonsalez, 38, a resident of Sitio Alorma, Barangay Doña Josefa in Palayan City, discovered Esteban's body at 11:45 am. Gonsalez described the deceased to have a very large wound in the upper leg area.
Esteban's brother, Joe, also resident of Barangay Nauzon, said his brother went out Monday morning with his 7 children to catch some stray chickens.
