A woman named Monina Velasco went viral online after she made a scene in a beauty salon saying that she wasn’t satisfied with her haircut and would not pay for it.
But it turned out that the woman was only complaining not because she didn’t like her haircut but because it was part of her “modus operandi,” not to pay for the services she asked for.
It happened that this was not the first time that Monina created a scene and had arguments with a staff of an establishment. It appeared that she would act like she wasn’t contented with the services she had received to be excused from the payments.
Some of her victims include Las Pinas Doctors Hospital, Perpetual Las Pinas, amd San Juan de Dios Hospital.
Netizens claimed that Monina was mentally unstable that one time, during her argument with MRT guards, refusing to submit her things to them, she linked herself to known personalities just to be excused from being in jail.
