An alleged thief of a motorcycle in Bacolod City dies after a pickup truck hit him while escaping from owners.
Brian Chavez, the suspect, was allegedly caught in the act by the owner of the vehicle.
They immediately run after Chavez, who rode their motorcyle, with a pickup truck.
But the chase ended when the bigger vehicle hit Chavez, killing him because of head injury.
Jayson Brylle Sia, nephew of the owner who drove the pickup truck, was arrested but was freed right after for lack of charges to file.
