HMD Global, owner of the brand, will bring back the phone model with a modern incarnation in a launch at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2017.
Aiming to enter again the market as a second phone, the phone is projected to be competitive with its nostalgic effect and reasonable price.
It was in 2000 when it was originally launched gaining a record-breaking 100 million units sold.
It will be included with other new brands namely; Nokia 3, Nokia 5, and Nokia 6.
