MalacaƱang finally identified the person behind an alleged coup d'etat that was forming to destabilize President Rodrigo Duterte's administration.
A source, who refused to be exposed, claimed that an army captain from Batch 2006 of the Philippine Military Academy (PMA) allegedly deals with his ‘mistah’ to establish a coup and finally remove Duterte from his office.
The said army captain, who allegedly is a comrade of the past administration, apparently offers money to members of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) to join the coup.
The source also added that this 'Kuya Popoy,' believed to be a junior officer from Tarlac, is backed by people who fund his scheme.
Kuya Popoy seems to acquire benefits from the previous administration that's why he keeps his faith to the people he used to serve.
The army captain was also questioned for his wealth after owning several expensive cars and a beautiful house.
His wealth is apprently invesitgated by the Office of the Ombudsman.
