A video of a vendor in Baclaran was seen recycling the kwek-kwek that he sells in his stall.
Kwek-kwek is a local street food made of quail eggs covered with flour. It comes with an orange coloring because of annatto, also known as atsuete.
Edward Evangelista, a netizen, posted the video in Facebook and was shared in different pages and even in Youtube.
In the said video, the alleged vendor peels off the flour from kwek-kwek that were not sold.
He soak it in a bowl of water before it was filtered and fried anew.
