MUST WATCH: Maggot Found in ChowKing's Famous Chow Fan

A maggot was found anew in a famous meal from ChowKing, one of the fast food restaurants owned by Jollibee Foods Corporation.

A Facebook user named Mhar Cortez posted on Thursday some photos and a video of the controversial Chow Fan meal from an unidentified branch of the Chinese-themed food chain.

The user summoned the branch manager who asked him to delete his pictures and video and not to post it on social media.

The customer insisted that the incidence isn't the first time and must be taken with proper legal action.

The branch manager even offered to refund the 95 pesos he paid or to replace his chow fan with another one.

"Kakatapos ko lang kumain nang kanin na may uod from you, then you still have the guts to offer me same menu?" Cortex exclaimed in his post.

He added that this issue may serve as an eye opener for Chowking that they should always prioritize the welfare of their customer in preparing their food.

Some netizens identified it as a maggot living in one of its vegetable ingredients that might not be harmful to our body but is unsanitary for a food service.
