President Rodrigo Duterte gave P10,000 cash to the family of the four-month-old baby girl who was sexually abused in Barangay Perrelos, Carcar City, Cebu.

The money was handed over to the family through Presidential Assistant for the Visayas Michael Lloyd Dino, who visited the baby who was confined at the Vicente Sotto Memorial Medical Center yesterday morning.
