A Filipina got the merit to be the first female limousine
driver of Uber Dubai.
Fritzie Castro, 43, having already worked in Dubai for 7
years as a licensed and experienced driver wished for joining Uber.
A mother of three, she had previously worked as a personal
driver for a family and for Emirates Transport.
It was when she worked for seven months in Duin Luxury Cars,
where she served as a transport coordinator for a hotel chain, when she first
heard about Uber from one of her former guests.
Castro already started accommodating passengers on Tuesday,
January 17.
Hoping that more women will join their team, Uber Dubai
expressed anticipation on adding more female limousine drivers this year.
