Reinstating his loyalty to the Philippine president, PNP chief, Director General Ronald "Bato" Dela Rosa declares 101% support, on behalf of the cops, even if the executive chief declares Martial Law.
"101 percent, by all means, we will support the President if he declares," Dela Rosa said.
It was remembered that the President last weekend just said that martial law might be imposed if the illegal drug trade became malignant.
Doubtful that the President will impose such rule, Bato explains that the thought may have arisen out of Duterte's frustration over the war against drugs.
Despite support, PNP also vows to keep the President from not abusing his powers.
