No, Taylor Swift is not a member of the cast of "Thor: Ragnarok," but she went to Australia with Tom Hiddleston for the filming of Marvel's fantasy action movie.
Shortly after breaking up with Calvin Harris, the 26-year-old pop singer and Thor actor newly found relationship made headlines after being spotted together. On July 4, Swift celebrated the Independence Day in her Rhode Island mansion with Hiddleston.
John Newman's new breakup song "Ole," which was written and produced by Harris was released on July 6. Fans already expected that the song was about Harris' former relationship with Swift but some source told Entertainment Tonight that the song was written months before their breakup.
So, does that mean that Harris is already anticipating the break up long before they actually did it?
On July 7, Swift and Hiddleston arrived in Australia for filing the movie "Thor: Ragnarok" directed by Taiki Waititi. Hiddleston will play as Loki along with Chris Hemsworth as Thor, Mark Ruffalo as Hulk, Idris Elba as Heimdall, Karl Urban as Skurge, Anthony Hopkins as Odin, and Jeff Goldblum as Grandmaster.
Among their female co-stars are Cate Blanchett and Tessa Thompson, which will play as Hella and Valkyrie.
Thor: Ragnarok will be released on November 3, 2017.
Swift's last acting appearance was in the romantic sci-fi drama film "The Giver," which was released on August 15, 2014.
Swift also appeared in "New Girl" Season 2 episode 15 titled "Elaine's Big Day," which aired on May 14, 2012.
