Mahindra Interim Head Coach Chris Gavina Says Preparation is Key to Early Success

After dispatching Star and Globalport in their first two games of the Oppo PBA Governors Cup, the Mahindra Enforcers are now a force to be reckoned with.

In lieu of head coach Manny Pacquiao, interim head coach Chris Gavina attributes the early success of his team to preparation.

"It’s a tribute to the hard work put in by the players and the coaching staff. The coaching staff was instrumental in the development of our team. Our culture is just to stay humble, stay hungry and be consistent in what we do," Gavina explained.

Gavina also pointed out the early elimination in the previous conference has given them more time to prepare.

"I really expected our team to come out prepared to compete this conference," added Gavina.
