De Lima Might Join Revilla and Estrada in Jail

Requesting for a safe and secured detention facility if she will be arrested, Sen. Panfilo Lacson had already seen that Sen. Leila de Lima might want to be place under the custody of the Philippine National Police in Camp Crame.

Guaranteed "safe" as it is, Lacson added that she might stay with politicians whom she had brought there before as the Department of Justice (DOJ) chief namely; Senators Ramon “Bong” Revilla, Jr. and Jinggoy Estrada.

“Ang irony noon di ba kung secure na lugar ang hinahanap baka doon siya matabi. Assuming, ha [that she’ll be arrested]. We’re not anticipating anything,” Lacson said on Tuesday.

It was on De Lima's watch when pork barrel issue came out and the two senators were being accused of misusing their priority development assistance funds (PDAF).

“In case that happens, ang irony, baka magkakatabi sila ni Sen. Bong at Jinggoy. Remember meron pang bakanteng bungalow roon. I’m just thinking aloud na baka doon siya ilagay dahil secure ang lugar. Yun naman ang hinihingi niya di ba?” he added.

The result of the five charges sought before her will be out this week, Justice Secretary Vitaliano Aguirre II said.

Insisting her innocence on her drug charges, De Lima already said that she will not resist arrest.

“I cannot physically resist. I am morally and psychologically resisting it because I’m innocent.

What can I do? Hindi ako tatakas. Hindi ako magtatago. Hindi ako pupunta ng ospital. Hindi ako magwi-wheelchair,” she said.
