Draymond Green Apologizes for Posting Photo of His Manhood

It's been a tough few months for Draymond Green. Golden State Warriors and U.S. Olympic team forward apologized for posting a picture of his penis on social media.

The picture was posted about 10 minutes Sunday afternoon on Snapchat, then was immediately taken down. After first he claimed on Twitter that he was hacked, but then later came clean, telling the reporters in Rio that he "pushed the wrong button."

"I apologize for the situation. It's clearly not what I was trying to do," Green said. "I kinda hit the wrong button and it sucks. It was meant to be private. We're all one click away from placing something in the wrong place and I suffered from that this morning."

The photo was posted alongside one of Green sitting next to a sleeping Carmelo Anthony with a caption, "Night night Melo." Green and Anthony are teammates on the USA Basketball team preparing for the Rio Olympics.

Green said the he knew instantly that he made a mistake and took down the photo immediately.

After the picture was removed, Green had tweeted:

Earlier in July, Green reached a plea agreement that will allow him to avoid jail time and reduced charges he faced for allegedly slapping a Michigan State University football player and for a noise violation. He will pay $500 fine and a $60 restitution fee for the incident.

In June, Green was suspended for a game during the NBA Finals for hitting LeBron James in the groin.
