Golden State Warriors forward Draymond Green does not belive that he has to change anything despite the recent incidents. Saying "Being me has gotten me this far."
Despite Green facing a pending misdemeanor assault and battery case, Golden State's forward remains optimistic about himself and insists that nothing has to change in him. He also stated that he won't let any distractions like the case to get in the way of his journey to the Olympics and the main goal -- the gold medal.
His case is about the July 10 altercation with now former Michigan State football plater Jermaine Edmondson outside a restaurant in East Lansing, Michigan. Green was accused of hitting Edmondson in an incident that police originally stated left both parties with "no injuries."
The case was originally scheduled for August 4 but was later moved to July 21, before he must depart for the Olympic Games in Rio De Janeiro.
Despite the incidents, Green said the ha hasn't received any penalties by the Team USA or coach Mike Kryzewski, but he said that both parties are concerned.
