Vitaly Zdorovetskiy, 24, of Beverly Hills, California was charged with criminal trespass after running onto the court Friday during Game 4 of NBA Finals with an anti-Donald Trump message painted on his chest.
He now facing charges with criminal trespass on a place of public amusement and resisting arrest, both first-degree misdemeanors that carry penalties ranging from a fine to six months in jail.
He is in the Cleveland City Jail awaiting his first court appearance, which has not yet been scheduled.
Zdorovetskiy rushed onto the court bearing a "Trump Sucks" written across his bare chest, and "LeBron for President" on his back with less than one minute to play in the Golden State Warriors' 108-97 win over the Cleveland Cavaliers at Quicken Loans Arena.
He was quickly then tackled by the security guards and escorted from the court in handcuffs.
Zdorovetskiy is a YouTube personality known for conducting dangerous and illegal stunts for his YouTube channel.
On May 25, Zdorovetskiy was accused of climbing the 45-foot Hollywood sign in California, stood on top of the "D" while wearing camouflage and took video selfies. He was then arrested by the Los Angeles Police Department on a misdemeanor charge.
He also rushed onto the pitch during the 2014 World Cup Final between Argentina and Germany and tried to kiss a German player. He then stripped off his shirt showing the words "natural born prankster" written on his chest, then blew kisses to the crowd and tried to kiss defender Benedikt Howedes on the lips.
Cavs star LeBron James, who attended the World Cup Finals, posted a video of Zdorovetskiy on his Instagram with the caption: "Haha!! We're going streaking! Everyone's doing it. Man that was hilarious. #WorldCupFinal #Brazil"
In 2012, Zdorovetskiy was arrested after pulling as stunt in Boca Raton, Florida appearing to be wearing a suit and carried a briefcase. He approached a man, the the briefcase between his feet and told him he has 60 seconds to get as far away as possible.
The man panicked and ran alongside Zdorovetskiy who then told him it was a prank. The man, furious, shouted at the prankster and his cameraman.
In 2011, he was charged in a 2011 incident in Key West, Florida where he was accused of trying to use a fake ID to get into a bar.
In April, Lionsgate films released a feature film on DVD called "Natural Born Prankster" starring Zdorovetskiy, featuring himself and two other pranksters.
