Nadine Alexis Lustre, 22 years of age and star of Diary ng Panget and Talk Back and You're Dead, leads the FHM '100 Sexiest 2016' based on a recent partial and unofficial poll of the local men's magazine.
Lustre is ahead of last year's winner Jennylyn Mercado, who's currently on second spot. Jessy Mendiola is in third while Angel Locsin lands in fourth.
Completing the top 10 so far are: Rhian Ramos, Arci Munoz, Jinri Park, Glaiza Decastro, Ellen Adarna and Kim Domingo.
In last year's FHM Sexiest 100 list, Lustre placed 49th.
JAMES REID REACTED ON TWITTER
On his official Twitter page, Lustre's boyfriend, James Reid, posted the following (with an angry emoji): "HOY! Who's responsible for this!?!?!"
"Jadines, I thought we were on the same team," he added.
When asked about his opinion on Nadine doing sexy photoshoots, Reid said "no way."
FANS STARTED CAMPAIGNING
THe FHM poll is based on an online survey and anyone could register and vote up to ten women on a daily basis. The voting deadline is extended until June 16. Since this is a free voting system, different fan bases have started campaigning for their favorite celebrities.
On their Facebook page, JaDine Fever posted "8 Reasons Why Nadine Lustre Deserves to be FHM's Sexiest Women in the Philippines."
On the other hand, Angel Locsin for FHM Philippines 2016 page has been constantly updating fans on the current position of Angel Locsin in the survey.
Also, Maine Mendoza fans created Maine Mendoza for FHM Sexiest Woman.
The Mendoza fan base was however bashed by another Facebook page.
