It is quite normal for customers to complain whenever there is a dissatisfaction, but if you’re a VIP with millions of followers, a simple complain could spread like a wild fire.
Former Victoria Secret model Karlie Kloss complained about the Philippine Airlines (PAL) on full blast series of tweets, saying “PAL has the worst customer service of all time. Rude and disrespectful. Shame on you,” after missing her flight on Tuesday, June 7.
Before the fiery tweets, the supermodel was last spotted in the New York for the Council of the Fashion Designers of America (CFDA) awards, to represent the Swarovski Award for Womenswear. The airline’s official Twitter account immediately issued an apology in reply to her tweet which Kloss also accepted instantly.
