Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber (de-seeded and peeled)
  • 1 tbsp minced onion
  • 1 avocado, peeled
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ¼ tsp chili powder
  • 1 dash cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup filtered water
  • Sprinkle of paprika for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place cucumber, avocado, onion, oil, lemon juice, vinegar and water in a blender.
  2. Puree on high speed until smooth.
  3. Blend in salt, chili powder and other remaining ingredients.
  4. Serve cold, garnish with paprika and cucumber slices if desired.
