An OFW who seek help online by posting a video regarding the maltreatment and harassment she experienced from her employer was finally rescued.
Cherry Ann Atencion Meer, resident of San Pedro St., Sto. Tomas, Batangas, has been working from Kuwait.
A certain DJ Lai posted a video of her seeking for help to get freed from her abusive employers.
She allegedly experienced physically abuse where she was locked inside the comfort room.
She also had been sexually harassed and molested by her male employer.
The OFW created a video of herself and ask DJ Lai to share it on Facebook.
DJ Lai also seek the assistance of the OFW Assistance Group Helping Center to rescue Cherry Ann.
Until finally, she was finally freed and could finally go home to her family.
