A woman in Ohio stabbed her boyfriend after finding him naked on top of her 12-year-old daughter.
It was early Tuesday when he caught her 31-year-old partner laying on top of her daughter.
She got a pocket knife and stabbed his boyfriend five times in his chest and once in the back of his head.
The two fight over the knife and when she finally got out, she yelled for help.
"Her boyfriend tried touching her daughter and she stabbed him," she told the police.
However, the perpetrator claimed that the daughter of his girlfriend had feelings for him.
But the young girl said that her mom's boyfriend sexually assaulted her.
“This is what it is like in the real world when you have a boyfriend,” the victim quote the suspect as saying.
The mother and child sustained cuts during the encounter.
They didn't file any charges but a possible sexual assault case is still under study.
