Despite the serious brain injury of a woman admitted in a hospital, her visitor was caught having sex with her.
A nurse who was about to check the 32-year-old patient last Friday night caught Keith Nembhard, 37, doing it with the incapable woman.
The doctor from Bronx-Lebanon Hospital explained that the patient's current condition limits her to give consent to someone for sex.
The suspect who knew the victim will face charges of rape in the second degree.
