A decomposing body of a dead man was found hanging on a mango tree in Barangay San Francisco, Lubao Pampanga on Friday morning.
The man was identified to be Joel Manacmul, 33, an alleged rapist of his live in partner's teen daughter.
SPO1 Nelson Visario, investigator of the case, said that one of the farmers first saw the dead body.
Manacmul was apparently dead 4- 5 days ago.
"Alam ko po yun yung suot nyang shorts at damit nung umalis siya... Pinaalis ko siya kasi ni-rape niya anak ko nagsumbong sa tita niya mula pa grade 4 ngayon grade 6 na," Donna, victim's live-in partner said.
Pampanga police are investigating whether there is a foul play or just committed suicide on the tree.
