Classes in all levels in all schools, universities and colleges in District 3 of Manila City; specifically in Binondo, Sta. Cruz and Recto will be suspended on January 27, 2017, Friday.
Manila CIty Mayor Joseph Estrada noted in Executive Order No. 02 that the class suspension intends to give way for the safe and convenient celebration of Chinese New Year.
Work in all government offices in the City Government of Manila, except for those under peace and order, traffic enforcement, disaster and risk reduction management, and health and sanitation, is also suspended.
