As soon as Vice President Leni Robredo left the cabinet of President Rodrigo Duterte before 2016 ended, her approval and trust ratings dropped. This is according to the latest Pulse Asia Survey result released on Monday.
Her disapproval rating stood at 16 percent from 9 percent way back September.
Despite the 62 percent satisfaction rating, disapproval rose up to seven points while approval score dropped by four points.
People's trust on her is also marred by seven points decrease reflecting 58 percent from 65 percent in September.
The survey, conducted through personal interviews with 1,200 respondents, was administered from December 6 to 11, a month after Robredo left her post as chairman of Housing and Urban Development Coordinating Council (HUDCC).
The survey had a ± 3 percent error margin at the 95-percent confidence level.
