HBO.com has confirmed the titles and running time of the final two episodes of Game of Thrones season 6, and other thing’s for sure. Things are gonna get bloody!
The title of episode 9 is “The Battle of the Bastards,” probably referring to the long awaited Jon Snow and Ramsay Bolton face-off. Finally! It has been previously told that the season 6 includes the biggest battle in the show’s history. The running time is 60 minutes and airs June 19.
The title of the finale is “The Winds of Winter”—following George R.R. Martin’s forthcoming sixth novel in his A Song of Ice and Fire saga. The finale will be the longest Thrones episodes ever with a running time of 69 minutes long! It airs on June 26.
And of course, with the Hound back in action (HE’S ALIVE!) and Arya getting stabbed and dying, we’re all hanging with hopes and thrills for more. Better hold your breath!
