A man who was stealing a house in Barangay Pandayan, Meycauayan, Bulacan was caught on CCTV showing his genital while getting stuff.
The thief tried to avoid the CCTV outside the house but he was caught again inside the house while getting jewelries, money, and mobile phones from the second floor of the house.
While stealing, the genital of the thief were exposed from his lower garments.
The father of the house claimed that the thief plans to molest his daughter.
He also said that he got awake and he actually tried to chase the thief but it successfully jumped over their fence.
Meycauayan Philippine National Police believes that the suspect is under the influence of illegal drugs.
His identity is still under investigation.
