To prevent his victims to run after him after robbing them out, this notorious robber in Pasig City forces his victims to undress.
Michael Ciervo, 31, who was apparently eighth on Pasig police’s wanted men, was arrested by the police at Karangalan Village in Cainta, Rizal.
Ciervo faces arrest warrant since Sept. 7, 2015 before Judge Danilo Cruz of the Pasig Regional Trial Court Branch 152.
He gained notoriety after asking his victims, specially female ones, to take off their clothes so they couldn't chase him right thereafter, said SPO3 Ariel Galvelo, Pasig police follow-up unit chief.
“He doesn’t touch them and leaves them in a dark place,” Galvelo noted.
Ciervo had been arrested before but was released on bail, the police added.
