President Rodrigo Duterte recently ordered a ban on drinking sessions held on the streets nationwide.
To maintain peace and order in the country, he authorizes all local officials to arrest anyone having a drinking session on the streets.
In his speech at the 6th Mandatory Continuing Legal Education-Accredited National Convention of Public Attorneys, the President claimed that drunkards tend to be rude when being intoxicated by alcohol which always sparks trouble.
He also noted to include all loiters on the streets.
Anyone who will disobey this will be arrested.
