Flooding hits many parts of the metropolis again!
While such disaster usually causes gloom and sadness for many, as innate it might be for many Filipinos, some had find happiness out of it.
This may not be an exclusive dilemma in our country but flooding, in an odd way, is more fun in the Philippines!
Here are 10 reasons why:
1. Mythical mermaids are coming out in different parts of the city. They allegedly came from the Manila Bay.
2. Basketball is life. No one is stopping them, not even waist-deep flood. I wonder how they do the dribble.
3. As long as there is still electricity supply, Internet Cafes are still open for DOTA and LOL players.
4. When you don't want to get wet and you find a creative way how to do it.
5. When the rain gives all the romantic feels for your pre-nup shoot.
6. Yeah, snorkeling is possible.
7. And surfing, too!
8. What about a bottle of brandy? Don't get too drunk if you don't want to wake up floating from somewhere else.
9. When you are a college student or a member of the working class and suspensions are just for the little kids. Sugod!
10. This is childhood. But if you're an adult already, a throwback is not bad.
