Daddy Bae Replies Defends His Son with a Reply Tweet

Richard Faulkerson Sr., also known as the “Daddy Bae” of Alden Richards could not help but answer tweets from netizens that bashed his son regarding Alden’s latest project, “Alaala: A  Martial Law Special.”

It was shown on GMA Network last September 17 telling the story of Bonifacio “Boni” Ilagan, the founding director of the Kabataang Makabayan of University of the Philippines-Diliman.

Being proud of his son, Daddy Bae used his Twitter account to express to show his support for Alden.

However, a netizen named @ann_viniegas, who claimed herself a fan of the Pambansang Bae, then tweeted “Walang nanood, galit lahat ang mga Ilocano sa’yo! Sayang idol pa naman kita!”

This led the Daddy Bae to answer the tweet and to defend his son saying, “Paalam ko lang po sa inyo na ang lola po niya ay from Sinait, Ilocos Sur...wala po ito personalan. Trabaho lang. Salamat po.”

While other fans who said that they were Ilocanas, said that the martial law special had made them love Alden even more.
